WELCOME TO 2017 PEEPS!
We have a lot to do, a lot to learn, and a lot to change in this year. New Year is the most eminent occasion for a kickoff of good habits at the same time knock out of bad habits, isn’t it? We struggle every year to attain our ‘New Year Resolution’, but rarely anyone succeeds. Tired of the same old cliche? Want to try something simple? Something different?
Then here are 10 things you should try this year to make your stressful life much easier!
#1 – SAY THANK YOU🙂
Saying “Thank You” doesn’t cost money! Also if a nice smile is added, you may make the person’s entire day delightful. Be it Shopkeepers, Waiters, Drivers, Customer care, or anybody. Your nice behavior will develop a positive approach about yourself in others’ minds. Maybe they will acquire the same thing and make your sad mood into bright.
#2 – SELF-SERVICE IS BEST SERVICE🙂
Do your own work by yourself. If not feasible, then at least try small things. Every person is busy in work and arrive late at home. This causes exhaustion and you don’t feel like doing anything. But you can do little help in basic things whenever you are free. This self-service will later benefit you when you will have to manage your own things by yourself. It creates a feeling of self-reliance and also gives you a break from your daily routine.
#3 – AVOID JUDGING🙂
Humans are becoming practical day by day. The root of this is buried inside our own biased mind. Try to twist it towards the positive side and then see the world. There has been a tendency to judge people by looks, color, salary, and language, and so on. Our country is based on equality so we should implement it in our lives. Even you don’t like being judged by someone, do you?
#4 – LEARN ANY NEW THING🙂
Well maybe not completely new like you don’t even know that exists. Everyone of you have a particular thing that you know and like but is not a part of your profession. Still you can learn it! What’s the use of internet then? Be it dance, music, how this works/that works, how was this made, why is this the way it is, and so on. Don’t block your brain from thinking. Of course, don’t overthink because your brain will internally explode. Just train your brain so you would be gratified having known something different.
#5 – RESPECT OTHERS’ OPINIONS🙂
Somebody just said they like so-and-so actor but you don’t like him. What to do? Pour out your heart with as much curses as you can. No no! Please don’t do it as it will hurt the other person. They have their own opinions, mindset, and completely different behavior. Obviously their likes and dislikes would not meet with you. It’s simple to let it go if you don’t like that person. Just act with keeping yourself in place of the person you’re talking to. You will feel what’s right and what’s wrong to say.
#6 – FIND JOY IN LITTLE THINGS🙂
The entire sea is made up of little droplets only. You will have a great day if you merge all your small nice moments. Try to give as much pleasure as you can. Your little act can help release someone’s stress, or at least he/she will forget it for a moment because of you. Always make sure when people hear your name, they should have good things about you in their mind.
#7 – GIVE SOME TIME TO FAMILY🙂
College friends, office friends, internet friends, tuition friends, so many friends! But family? Family is only one, and that one family will give you utmost support that is equal to all of your friends. You can always count on them, so when they count on you, you should be there too. All members have troubles, so rather than being helpless, you can spend some quality time with your family. Help each other to overcome or at least try to soothe it.
#8 – REST IS BEST🙂
We all love our work and do it. Some of us don’t love but have to do it anyways. A lot of people are suffering from headache, back pain, mind pain and many pains. A pain killer is not sufficient sometimes. You’re a human, not a Robot who will work efficiently when inserted a new battery or charged. Your charger is rest. Have it whenever possible. If you think you can cancel a visit, it’s not necessary to attend the meeting, or a lecture, then leave it for a moment. Clear your brain from overload of works and energize it to give your best in next challenge.
#9 – HELP YOUR COUNTRY TO DEVELOP🙂
It is really a necessity to make our country a developed one as soon as we can. Government’s efforts are only successful if you brought them into reality. Remove the thoughts like “our country can never grow” or “we can’t do it.” Think about your idea of a developed country. How would you like the place around you, the people around you to be? Be those people and start from yourself. Protect our nature. Protect our surrounding. Our past has suffered a lot to let us reach this position.You have a lot of freedom than them. Don’t give up on their hopes.
#10 – FIND A GOAL TO ACHIEVE🙂
Set your destination. Your parents have helped you start the engine. Now it’s your decision how to drive. If you drive too slow, you will remain behind. If you drive too fast, you may cause accident. Either you lose yourself or your loved ones. You will also have to stop at some point to rest and re-energize. Have a look at the road and decide. If you remain confused, your skills will be of no use. If you have a destination, your entire energy will be utilized.
